Go to Onboarding → Jobs to get started.
Set Job Types
Create different job types based on your workflow. The defaults provided work for most businesses, but you can customize them to match your needs.
Separating job types can help you measure the average time spent per job type per employee and assign jobs based on required skills. For example, installation and service jobs may require different skill sets and durations.
Default job types include:
- Inspection
- Service
- Maintenance
- Support
Set Up Some Defaults
Define default values to make scheduling easier when creating, dragging, or resizing jobs on the calendar.
Default Job Duration (Minutes)
Set the standard duration for a job—for example, 60 minutes. This is used when creating a job by long-pressing an empty calendar slot.
Default Minute Interval (Minutes)
Set the interval used when dragging or resizing events—e.g., 15 minutes. This keeps jobs aligned neatly on the calendar and ensures consistent scheduling.
